After two years of developing the character Kamelulu, I felt the world around it deserved a deeper story. That idea led me to write a children’s book titled Kamelulu and the Lost Shine . At the same time, I created a short animated film based on the story. The animation made the project especially personal, as the narration is done by my daughter Ayla.
